Next week, Bracebridge will be the site of a major recognition event to memorialize the discovery of 215 bodies of Indigenous children. The event was brought together by Trisha Cowie and in partnership with MP Scott Aitchison. Cogeco News Host James Bowler had an opportunity today to speak to the two of them about this event and its significance to our community. He also asked about the recent release of a resignation speech from Indigenous MP for Nunavut Mumilaaq Qaqqaq.
