Students in the Niagara College Culinary Services Program held a 5-Course Pop-Up recently at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Next "on the menu" are some International Café and Bake Shop Pop-Ups taking place during the first two weeks of December. Mike Balsom files this report.
