How local businesses are coping with the minimum wage hike

Jan. 1 not only marked the New Year, it put into effect the mandated minimum wage increase. Employers will now have to pay their workers at least $14 an hour. We spoke with Belly Ice Cream Company to discuss how they have planned for the wage hike.
