Join Ridge House Museum as they celebrate the Ridge House Museum with an Open House on Saturday, March 23, 2019. The house will be open from 1:00PM to 5:00PM with special activities taking place from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. 53 Erie Street S Ridgetown

Bring the whole family to explore Ridge House Museum with a guided tour or, at your own pace as you take in what life was like in 1875. Get creative in their new hands-on interactive space, the Discovery Den, as you make crafts, play games, design on their magnet and Lego walls and dress up. Everyone who visits all of the activity stations through the house will receive a prize. There is something for everyone at the Ridge House Museum!

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg turns 86 on March 15 and has no plans to retire. To celebrate her spirit and her groundbreaking work on gender discrimination law, Build a Dream will host a screening of the documentary, RGB, on her birthday.

The Academy Award-nominated film focuses on the life and career of U.S. Supreme Court Ruth Bader Ginsberg, covering her legal legacy and her unexpected celebrity-like fame.

The screening at the Capitol Theatre is part of Build a Dream’s ongoing programming that focuses on encouraging young women to enter non-traditional fields.

This event is open to the public.
