Join us for our 21st Annual Sweep for Kids Bonspiel charity fundraiser on Saturday, February 16th 2019 at Niagara Falls Curling Club. The event will see 20, 4-person teams from beginners on up, participate in a curling competition with all proceeds in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Niagara. Take to the ice to enjoy some friendly competition and comradery, with the ultimate goal of raising funds to support the organization’s programs and services benefitting children and youth across the Region.

A free yoga program that incorporates both seated and standing postures with the support of a chair. This program is open to all and is designed to be suitable for most abilities. Please register at www.tbnplc.com prior to attending. 

A free yoga program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC. This program is designed as a mixed-level class and all are welcome to attend. Come learn how to mindfully move your body and become present within yourself. Please register ahead of time online and bring your own mat to class. 

A free bootcamp-style fitness program that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility moves into each workout. Please consult your Primary Care Provider before participating.
