Life With A Baby is holding a 50/50 raffle, closing on May 1st.  Help us help parents.   Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including depression and anxiety, affect 1 in 5 women. Life With A Baby focuses on preventing social isolation–a pivotal precursor to PMADs. We offer activities, events, workshops, support groups, counselling led by mental health professionals, and opportunities to build the village every parent needs to thrive. From 5-8pm, enjoy all you can eat spaghetti or penne, with salad and roll for $8 per person. Take out available! Proceeds to benefit VON Windsor-Essex charitable community support programs and services.  VON helps our clients stay healthy, live well and remain active.
