Life With A Baby is holding a 50/50 raffle, closing on May 1st.  Help us help parents.   Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including depression and anxiety, affect 1 in 5 women. Life With A Baby focuses on preventing social isolation–a pivotal precursor to PMADs. We offer activities, events, workshops, support groups, counselling led by mental health professionals, and opportunities to build the village every parent needs to thrive. Your support helps us continue offering these vital services free or low cost to every parent who needs them. trellis.org/healthy-start-raffle  Ticket Bundles are available, 1 for $10, 5 for $20 and 50 for $50.   

GERANIUMS FOR SALE Trinity United Church is once again selling Geraniums. Order your Geraniums by calling the Church office at 613-283-444 Mon-Thurs from 9am to 1pm. Colours this year will be red, white, pink, salmon and orange, 4 plants for $12.   Some colours will be limited, so order early so you don’t miss out.   Pick up date will be Saturday, May 25th, 9:00 a.m. until noon.
